Breakages/Shortages
All items are shipped with proper packaging and protection. Please check the package for accuracy and any breakage upon receipt. If any breakage or shortage is found, please call our customer service or email sale@precisionlabware.com within 14 calendar days after receiving the package to ensure proper resolution. Please do not discard broken items prior to speaking with our customer service. Pictures may be required of broken/damaged items to improve packaging and shipping methods.
Returns
If customers are not satisfied with the products ordered from precisionlabware.com, please contact our customer service (sales@precisionlabware.com) within 14 calendar days upon receiving the products. Please do not return any product without our consent. Customers will receive a full refund of the returned products minus the shipping cost.

Precision Labware Laboratory Glassware is intended for laboratory use only. Proper laboratory procedures and safety practices should always be followed. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety goggles, proper gloves, fire retardant lab coat, should be worn when carrying out chemical reactions, performing purification or handling hazardous materials. Glassware with breakage(s) should NOT be used. Most laboratory glassware is intended for use at ambient pressure or reduced pressure, for example, vacuum distillation. Product specifications, pressure rating and application guidelines must be followed. Precision Labware LLC is not responsible to any property damage or personal injuries, directly or indirectly, caused by the use of laboratory glassware.
