Ordering Informaiton

All items listed on our website are in stock (unless otherwise specified) and available for shipment within 1-2 business days upon order confirmation.  Currently online orders can be shipped to the 48 US contiguous states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  We also provide international shipping to accommodate the needs of overseas customers.  Customers from Canada, European Union can place order online directly and the shipping charge will be calculated accordingly.  Please note that neither product charge nor shipping cost includes tax/duty. Customers who are receiving goods oversees are responsible for any possible duties or fees associated with custom clearance.  Please contact our Customer Service (sales@precisionlabware.com) if customers would like to have orders shipped to counties/regions other than the US, Canada or EU.

Breakages/Shortages

All items are shipped with proper packaging and protection.  Please check the package for accuracy and any breakage upon receipt.  If any breakage or shortage is found, please contact our customer service (sales@precisionlabware.com) within 14 calendar days after receiving the package to ensure proper resolution. Please do not discard broken items prior to speaking with our customer service. Pictures may be required of broken/damaged items to improve packaging and shipping methods.

Returns

If customers are not satisfied with the products ordered from precisionlabware.com, please contact our customer service (sales@precisionlabware.com) within 14 calendar days upon receiving the products.  Please do not return any product without our consent.  Customers will receive a full refund of the returned products minus the shipping cost.
