500 mL, 24/40 Glass Vacuum Distillation Apparatus with Claisen Adapter

High quality borosilicate glass laboratory distillation kit with 24/40 joints includes: 
(A) ONE 500 mL, 24/40 STD joint, one-neck round bottom flask. 
(B) ONE 250 mL, 24/40 STD joint, one-neck round bottom flask. 
(C) ONE modified one-piece Claisen distillation adapter, supplied with a compression cap and Viton o-ring for vacuum tight seal of plain stem thermometers. With a standard taper inner drip tip joint on sidearm, top outer and bottom inner joints on vertical tube, all joints being the same size of 24/40. 
(D) ONE Liebig style condenser with 10 mm hose connection, 300 mm jacket length, standard taper outer joint 24/40 at the top and a lower inner drip tip joint. 
(E) ONE 24/40 short stem vacuum take-off adapter with 10mm hose connection for vacuum take-off, and 24/40 standard taper joints to connect condenser and receiving flask. 

Distillation with Claisen adapter has great advantage over simple distillation adapter. It can help stop your compound from splashing over into the condenser and distillation receiver. One-piece design reduces the product hold-up by the adapters.
